Job Opportunity - Music Director, August 20, 2025

St. Joseph Catholic Church in Fayetteville is looking for a new music director to start in October. This is a full-time position with benefits. The music director is responsible for directing choirs/cantors and playing the organ, as well as overall leadership, planning and development of the parish’s music ministries. Must have an excellent understanding of Catholic liturgy; at least 2 years of church music experience; experience in leading and mentoring choir; strong written/verbal communication skills;  and be compliant with diocesan safe environment policy, including background check.
